The Logged-In Users dashboard allows tracking of logged-in users to the Enlighted Connect App to understand the adoption rate. The charts cover various metrics related to logged-in users of the Connect App, including total users, user requests, active users by week, feature-specific requests, user retention, and geographical distribution, all analyzed over selected date ranges.
Available Insights will vary based on what features have been implemented.
Navigate to the menu item > Logged-In Users

The data includes information up to the end of the previous day. Note that “Original Value” is the exact number where the featured number is rounded off.

Total Logged In Users
The total number of logged-in users who made requests (temperature, lighting, work requests, room bookings, or desk bookings) through the Connect app during the selected date range.

The total number of Connect requests submitted by logged-in users during the selected date range.

Active Users by Week
Number of unique users who visited the Connect App during the selected date range.

Total Logged in Users and Connect Requests by Features
Tracks the total number of logged in users and Connect requests submitted by logged in users by feature: room booking, desk booking, temperature, work request and lighting.

Total Logged in Users by Country and Buildings
Calculates the total number of logged-in users and the total Connect requests submitted by these users, categorized by country and building, based on all selected filter values. The country name is sourced from Salesforce, which means some logged-in users may not always appear.

Week-to-Week User Retention
Tracks new users and retained users (those who used Connect in consecutive weeks) over time based on the selected filter values. This chart can help us answer important questions about how often employees use the Connect app and whether they return to it at all.
New or first-time users: If there is no earlier visit to compare with, the user is categorized as "New."
Retained or frequent users: If the time between a user's visits is less than or equal to 7 days (1 week), the user is categorized as "Retained."
Returning or occasional users: If the time between a user's visits is more than 7 days, the user is categorized as "Returning."
