When Fixture Types are assigned to a facility, only the Fixture Types that have been assigned to the facility will be displayed in the drop-down list. If Fixture Types are not assigned to a facility, all Fixture Types are displayed in the drop-down list, which can be a long list to scroll through. Refer to the article Assign Facility to a Fixture Type.
After assigning a facility to one or more Fixture Types, you may assign any Fixture Type to one or more sensors.
- Select a floor in the Facilities left panel.
- Select the Floor Plan tab.
- Select one or more sensors, right-click, and select Assign Fixture Type.
- Select a Fixture Type from the drop-down list.
- Click the Apply button.
The sensors are assigned the corresponding fixture type.
You can also assign a Fixture Type to a sensor by double-clicking a sensor on the floor plan and selecting a Fixture Type in the drop-down list in the Fixture Details screen.
You can control the lighting behavior by assigning light profiles to the sensors. You can also create your own light profiles or modify the values of an existing light profile. Refer to the article Create or Edit Profile.
