Devices such as sensors, ERCs, Plug Load Controllers are assigned to a Gateway at the time of commission. To determine devices associated with a Gateway, follow the procedure below.
- Select a floor in the Facilities left panel.
- Click the Floor Plan tab.
- In the View drop-down list, select Gateway Status.
- Select a gateway in the drop-down list next to it. Sensors bound to the selected gateway are displayed on the floor plan.
Another way to determine devices associated with gateways is to
- Select a floor in the Facilities left panel.
- Click the Floor Plan tab.
- Select Network from the View drop-down list.
- Color-coded devices and gateways are displayed on the floor plan allowing you to identify the association between the devices and gateway visually, as shown below.
The gateway associated with the sensors is grouped in the same color. For example, in the image below, the blue Gateway is associated with the blue sensors and the brown Gateway with the brown sensors.
