This article describes the device's health and status. In the Floor Plan view, select the corresponding device Status from the View dropdown box to view the health and status of the Enlighted devices. The icons displayed on the Floor Plan show the following device statuses. To display a floor plan, refer to the article View Floor Plan.
Viewing the Device Status
You can check the last status of a device by hovering the cursor over its icon. If the cursor remains over the icon for three seconds, a request is sent to the device to obtain its current status. If the device responds, then the popup is updated, and the background changes to green. If no response is received within five seconds, the background changes to pale pink.
Sensor Status
In the Floor plan view, select Sensor Status from the View dropdown box. The sensor icons show the communication status between a sensor and the Manage server.

Icon | Description | Communication Status |
 | Healthy | Communication last occurred no longer than 15 minutes ago. |
 | Power Off | Communication last occurred between 15 minutes and seven days ago. |
 | Problem | No communication has occurred in the last seven days. |
Hover the cursor over an individual sensor to check the status.
- Shows the light level
- Ambient light
- Occupancy
- Temperature
- The last line shows the Sensor name, light profile name, and operation mode. For example, the sensor name is Sensor00ced0, the profile name is Open_officemax3_amw1, Auto mode of operation.
When no response is received from the sensor within five seconds, the popup background changes from green to pale pink.

Fixtureless sensors are not connected to a fixture to control lighting; the light level and wattage (W) are not displayed. The Sensor name is followed by an (NF-No Fixture), indicating a fixtureless sensor. Fixtureless sensors collect data for Enlighted applications.

Plugload Status
Indicates the time elapsed since the last communication by the Manage server with the Plugload.

The plugload icons indicate their communication status.

 | Connected on | Communication last occurred no longer than 15 minutes ago. |
 | Not Connected | No communication has occurred in the last seven days. |
 | Connected off | Connected, but no communication occurred. |
 | Plugload Hopper | Plugload designated as a hopper; status on and healthy. |
 | Plugload Hopper | Plugload designated as a hopper; status not connected. |
Obtain the status of an individual plugload by hovering the cursor over its icon.

Gateway Status
Displays the name of the gateway and the number of sensors assigned to it.

The gateway icons indicate their communication status.

 | Connected | Communication last occurred no longer than 15 minutes ago. |
 | Idle | Communication last occurred between 15 minutes and seven days ago. |
 | Not Connected | No communication has occurred in the last seven days. |
Hover the cursor over an individual gateway to obtain its status.

Switch Icons
The floor plan view displays the following switches: Virtual switches, Third Party Switches (EnOcean/ Illumra) 2-button and 4-button switch, and Enlighted Room Controls (ERCs) switch. There is a single icon for each since there is no status associated with a switch.

ERC Battery Level
The ERC icon indicates its battery level as Normal, Low, or Critical.

Sensor Hopper Icons
The following icons describe the sensor designated as a hopper. See Configure Sensors as Hoppers.

Other Device Icons
Three other additional icons may be present on a floor plan. They are used to locate unmanaged fixtures and the on-prem Manage server.
