Data Processing Agreement

This Data Processing Agreement (DPA) between the Company and Enlighted applies to services provided under the agreement that involves the processing of Personal Data by Enlighted acting in its role as Processor (each such service hereinafter referred to as “Service”). The DPA describes Company’s and Enlighted’ data protection related rights and obligations with regard to the Services; all other rights and obligations shall be exclusively governed by the other parts of the Agreement.

This Service Level Agreement for Service Offerings (this “SLA”) sets forth the uptime to which Enlighted will commit to the production version of each Service Offering for Cloud Services. Any terms not otherwise defined herein shall have the meanings set forth in the Cloud Services Agreement (the “Agreement”) entered into between Enlighted and Customer.
