Activating Tags

All Asset and Badge tags must be activated before use. 

Activating an Asset Tag

To activate the tag,

1. Press and hold the button for 10 seconds until the LED flashes, and then release the button.
   The LED blinks orange for five seconds to confirm that the activation sequence has been detected and the tag is ready.

 After that, the LED lights up solid orange for two seconds whenever the button is pressed and released.

Activating a Badge Tag

1. Press and hold the button for five seconds  until the LED blinks green, and then release the button.
2. Press and hold the button for 10 seconds  to remove it from the factory mode setting.

After that, the LED blinks solid green whenever the button is pressed and released.
