Edit Building's Location Data

Only the system or facility admin may edit information about the building and add new floors. 

Based on the building’s latitude and longitude information, the light profiles take advantage of the ample daylight available before and after sunrise or sunset. 

To  add or edit a building's location data,

  1. Select a facility in the facilities' navigation panel.
  2. Select a Campus > Building.
  3. Click the Settings tab.
  4. Select the Location Data drop-down list. The drop-down list provides two options: Use Org Values and Use Building Values. When the 'Use Org Values' option is selected, the Latitude and Longitude of the organization specified at the installation time are displayed. These values cannot be edited here; they can only be viewed. To edit the organization's location coordinates, see Edit Organization's Location Data
  5. To edit the building's location data, select 'Use Building Values' from the drop-down list.
  6. Edit the Latitude and Longitude values for the building.
  7. Click Save.


 Edit Organization's Location Data

To edit the location of an organization,

  1. Select Administration > Organization Setup.
  2. Edit the Latitude and Longitude information for the organization.
  3. Click Save.
