Safety Compliance:

• Conformitè Europëenne (CE)

The products with the CE logo fulfill the requirements of the required European product directives.

Compliance with these directives implies conformity to harmonized European standards noted in the EU Declaration of Conformity (DoC).

• WEEE Directive

The Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment Directive (WEEE) applies to companies that manufacture, sell, distribute, recycle or treat electrical or electronic equipment (EEE), and consumers within the European Union. The directive is intended to reduce WEEE through consumer education and improve the effectiveness of collection and recycling.

• RoHS

EU RoHS is closely linked with the Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment Directive (WEEE) Directive 2012/19/EU which sets collection, recycling, and recovery targets for electrical and electronic goods. The first symbol is the CE mark demonstrating compliance with RoHS and other EU directives. The second symbol is the WEEE recycling symbol.

• REACH Legislation

Reach - Registration, Evaluation, Authorization, and Restriction of Chemical (EC) 1907/2006. Reach ensures the protection of human health and the environment from the risks that are posed by chemicals.

• European Norms Electrical Certification (ENEC) 

ENEC complies with the European regulation for low voltage directive.

• FCC

This FCC logo on the electronic instruments certifies that the device's electromagnetic interference is under limits approved by the Federal Communications Commission.

• UL

The UL Listed logo product means that the product has been tested by UL to nationally recognized safety and sustainability standards. 

• PSE

PSE certification is a safety certification that aims to prove the electrical and electronic products have passed the DENAN Law Test or the International IEC standard Test. 

• RED

The radio equipment directive 2014/53/EU (RED) sets essential requirements for safety and health, electromagnetic compatibility, and the efficient use of the radio spectrum.

The devices with the RCM logo comply with the Australian and New Zealand regulatory approvals requirements. As per guidelines to comply with ACMA regulations, Enlighted has affixed the RCM mark in the installation guide and will affix it onto the carton packaging on some of our products.
