Add Neighborhood tags to assets

In the Advanced Console > Floor Config page, you can add a Neighborhood tag to a single asset at a time or to multiple assets all at once.

Add a Neighborhood tag to a single asset

  1. In Advanced Console > Click gear icon > Search Building [select building] > Search Floor [select floor] > Click go icon

  2. On the Floor Config page, select Map View.
  3. Select the Location Type (Amenities, Desks, Rooms) of the asset you want to have the neighborhood tag.

  4. On the Map, click on the asset you want to tag with the neighborhood. The Edit pop-up for that asset type displays.

  5. In the Neighborhood dropdown, select the neighborhood tag you want to add to the asset.

  6. Click Save.

Add a Neighborhood tag to a multiple assets

  1. On the Floor Config page, select List View.

  2. Select the Location Type (Amenities, Desks, Rooms) of the assets you want to tag with the neighborhood.

    • Select additional filters, if needed.

  3. Select the checkboxes for all the assets you want to tag with the neighborhood.

  4. Click Edit Selection. The Bulk Edit Selections pop-up displays.

  5. In the Neighborhood dropdown, select the Neighborhood tag you want to assign to the selected assets.

  6. Click Save Updates.
